Situated in RDW Colony, Behind Buddhist Vihar, Namsai. It is a residential area. This homestay is registered in 2018, under the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. It is not so operational. Apart from homestay, the owner Mr. Chow Tissya Mungyak, is working and his mother Mrs. Sinawati Mungyak is a teacher. In-charge of this homestay is his mother Mrs. Sinawati Mungyak.
Approach from Car Drop Point
Hewli homestay is 50mtrs. inside from the road and easily accessible by taxi, sumo. APST bus service and private bus services are running in this route. Sumo, bus counter is 500mtrs. from this homestay. Nearest railway station is Tinsukia, which is 80km from Namsai. The guest can take taxi to reach this homestay or if they have their own car then it’s easy to reach this homestay or the owner will do pick up and for dropping.

All rooms have wooden beds with mattresses. Tables in rooms. There is wardrobe in rooms. Well fitted lights, stand fan, TV and charging points are there in the rooms. Windows for fresh air.
Linen
Bedsheets, Pillows and blankets are placed in every rooms. Guest can ask for extra blankets.
Sizes of Bathrooms
Common separate bathroom (7' X 9') in house with WC, basin and mirror, shower, Geyser, water tape and bucket and mug with tiles flooring.
Kitchen
Kitchen is made of SPT. All modern cooking facilities are there in kitchen. Guest can use kitchen to prepare food. There is a dining room, where guest can have food and share talks.
Food
Two meals, breakfast and dinner are included in room tariff. If the guests want to have lunch, they have to inform early and the lunch is chargeable. Simple Indian and Local food is available for the guest. Guest can prepare their food. There is a separate dining room. Host also share food with the guest.

Cleanliness
Need more cleanliness in bathroom. Linens are not so fresh. There is no geyser facility. There is no dustbin in rooms and bathrooms.
As per survey, I noticed that rooms are not tidy. Linens are not fresh. Bathroom is not attached with rooms and need repairing of walls due to water leakage inside the wall. There is no dustbin in rooms as well as in bathrooms. There is a lack of cleanliness and hygiene which is very important. The host is hospitable and friendly. The host must take good care of cleanliness and hygienic of their homestay to grow even more in the future. Small effort makes a difference. Good Luck!
